We aim to dispatch all items within one working day but please be patient during busy periods! Please note that price and availability information are subject to change without notice.

The Progress of your Order

Having placed your order, you will receive emails confirming that it was received at Cramer Music, that we have processed your order, and finally when (and how) your order was dispatched. You can also track the progress of your order(s) from 'My Account' on the website.

Availability

Our on-line catalogue marks each item as 'Available', 'Out of Print', 'Reprinting' or 'In-preparation'. This information is updated every working day - so it is possible that items marked as 'Available' may actually have sold out by the time your order is placed. Conversely, out of stock items may have been received into stock during the working day.

Returns

Returns are not accepted unless by specific arrangement. Please contact us first! Any queries relating to your delivery must be notified within 14 days of receipt.

There may be a small additional postage charge when the item is sent out to you, but no 'minimum charges' apply, either at this stage or on your original order (see 'Delivery'). You may well end up paying less that the minimum postage and packing charge at the end of the day!
